Returns

If there are quality problems, please contact us first, then we can discuss the return and refund.

Items returned should be in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned,  buyer can not get a full refund,but can file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

All shoes are packed in EPE foam which is a eco-friendly material that isbetter than air bubble bagsand canprotect shoes well during shipping.
Note: There is 1% probability for our packaging method that the product will be lightly deformed (it can be recovered). If you mind, please apply for box packaging (the box is free, but you need to add the shipping cost of the box).
